February 2020 Training Opportunities

100-Day Report Spreadsheet Class
Monday, February 3, 2020, 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Preparing transportation route and vehicle inventory reports is an essential and required part of school district transportation. These annual reports identify yearly ridership, and in turn, determine financial support from the state. Join Leadership in Training instructor Jason Nelson for this hands-on computer-based class that utilizes a template for data collection and analyzation. Participants must bring their laptop or electronic device, with excel (google documents won’t work), and will be given a USB drive to follow along with the class. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a notebook for notetaking and any route information that we can help with the information set up such as route data, student count data for the current school year, mileage cards and odometer readings from July 1st, and any other information that is used during data collection and 100-day reporting. We will spend time assisting participants in setting up databases so that the information is useable upon return to work. Register for the class here.
